Weekly or bi-monthly Property Inspection (when the property is unoccupied) checking all areas of the property;
Check that all light and water supply points are working;
Check that all electrical equipment and domestic appliances are in working condition;
Check alarm systems;
Empty dehumidifiers (if applicable);
Check post box and organize payments and filling for you;
Our maintenance team provides immediate response to all maintenance requirements;
Our office makes sure the monthly administration is paid on time including all your bills such as utilities, taxes, insurance, telephone, internet etc.

Annual Property Management Fees:

Prices are calculated based on how far the property is located from our office in Peniche or Caldas da Rainha.

Within a 10 km radius : 1000 € - weekly inspections

Within a 10 km radius : 700 € - bi-monthly inspections

Within a 15 km radius : 1,150 € - weekly inspections

Within a 15 km radius : 850 € - bi-monthly inspections

Within a 20 km radius : 1,300 € - weekly inspections

Within a 20 km radius : 950 € - bi-monthly inspections

Within a 30 km radius : 1,600 € - weekly inspections

Within a 30 km radius : 1,150 € - bi-monthly inspections

Each km after: 44€ - weekly inspections

Each km after: 21€ - bi-monthly inspections

2 Years Discount:

For clients that buy their property through us, we will take 10% off the price of our management services for weekly inspections and 5% off our management services for the bi-montly inspections.

Additional Services:

If renting your property, we recommend the purchase of a Key-safe which costs 110€ including installation. This way your clients can arrive at whatever time they please.

Meet and Greet Clients: 45,00 €

Cleaning and Laundry Services: Cleaning is charged by the hour. Laundry Service is charged by the hour and by the load.
